How To Tell When You Are 1 Month Pregnant E-mail
It can be hard for women to know that they are 1month pregnant, especially since the symptoms are not yet evident. The first sign of pregnancy is usually a missed period, which may also be accompanied by fatigue, mild cramps, dizziness, sore breasts, nausea, or light spotting. According to experts, being 1 month pregnant means that a woman has conceived for at least thirty days since the beginning of the last menstrual period.

Ovulation normally happens around the fourteenth day or midway through the menstrual cycle. After the egg has been fertilized by the sperm, it takes another ten to fourteen days for the newly formed embryo to implant in the lining of the uterus. Light spotting usually occurs during implantation, but if the bleeding is bright or dark red, then a doctor should be consulted that is if the woman is aware that she is pregnant. Otherwise, the spotting may be attributed as the being caused by the woman’s monthly menstruation.

A woman normally undergoes some changes if she happens to be 1 month pregnant. Her hormones will fluctuate, and she will experience periods of being depressed or happy for no particular reason. The women’s partners can often find these sudden changes challenging. They often experience difficulties in dealing with their partner’s raging hormones and the unpredictable change of moods that comes with it.

In addition to unpredictable hormones, a woman’s appetite can also be affected. Foods that used to be favorites can suddenly become too pungent to eat or can cause an upset stomach. Women who are 1 month pregnant can also experience nausea, especially in the morning.

Being 1 month pregnant is a significant time because of the changes that a women experiences. These changes can also affect the development of the baby. Some of these changes are so subtle that a woman may not suspect that she is pregnant until the second month.

There are also times when pregnant women experience a lighter flow during their cycle, but may not suspect anything until they miss their next menstruation. The case may be different if the pregnancy is planned, because the woman can anticipate the changes before she becomes 1 month pregnant. She can also recognize the signs more easily and may be able to make preparations for her pregnancy.
